· Keeping rentals occupied: All applicants are carefully screened. Rents are adjusted to reflect the market.

· Reliable adjusted maintenance: Vendors are routinely scrutinized for the fairest price. All vendors are required to carry proof of insurance.

· On call emergency service for the property and our tenants.

 We also offer a tenant placement service: A tenant is found and placed in your rental for a one - time fee.

1) Our monthly fee is based on gross rents. In other words, if the rental property is vacant for a few days, the owner does not receive any rent, and we do not receive any commission. Therefore, we are aggressive in finding suitable tenants.                    

2) Prospective tenants are shown the rental property accompanied by a rental agent. Prospective tenants are not given a key and expected to wander through the property on their own.

3) A credit report and a personal reference  report are run on each tenant.

4) Following the tenant move-in a walk thru is scheduled every 6 months, for the purpose of inspecting the interior, to verify that the tenant is not abusing the property. 

5) Our vendors are assessed on a regular basis. We pride ourselves in selecting professionals who maintain quality work at competitive prices.

 6) Our agents are diligent in keeping current on Real Estate Laws and Management, thereby offering the   best service to our clients.
